What happens if my package is lost in transit?
Experiencing an issue with your shipment? Please reach out to us at info@tantrumcollectibles.com so we can help you get it resolved.

If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us.

If it is determined that the package is lost due to mis-delivery by the carrier, we will replace your order or fully refund you. 

If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds or exchanges - all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again, if within 30 days from shipping date. 

If you encounter any shipping issues, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the matter. Please note that Tantrum Collectibles is not responsible for initiating communication regarding returned items.

2. What shipping methods are available for international orders? We offer several shipping methods for international orders, including standard and expedited shipping. The available options may vary depending on the destination country. You can view the available shipping methods during the checkout process.

3. Are there any additional fees or taxes for international orders? Yes, additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, or import duties may be applied to international orders by the destination country's customs office. These fees are not within TantrumCollectibles.com's control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to understand the potential duties and taxes that may apply to your order.

4. Will TantrumCollectibles.com be responsible for any extra fees incurred after shipping? TantrumCollectibles.com is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may occur after the order has been shipped. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. How can I estimate the potential customs duties or taxes for my order? The amount of customs duties or taxes varies by country and depends on the value of the items purchased. Customers are advised to contact their country's customs office or visit their official website to obtain information regarding import duties and taxes specific to their location.

6. What happens if I refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes? If you refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes levied by your country's customs office, the shipment may be returned to TantrumCollectibles.com. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, and any additional charges incurred , if applicable. Order may not be refunded.

7. Can I request any special documentation for customs clearance? We include all necessary documentation required for customs clearance with international shipments. If you have any specific requests or require additional documentation, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. How can I track my international order? Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package through the shipping carrier's website.

9. What should I do if my international order is delayed or stuck in customs? Unfortunately, delays in customs clearance may occur and are beyond our control. If your order is experiencing delays or appears to be stuck in customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the shipping carrier for further assistance. Your shipment will take longer to deliver as international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures. In rare cases, it may take 6-8 weeks to deliver.

When will my order ship?

If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times vary between 2 to 7 business days within the United States. 

For international orders, shipments may take longer. In rare cases, it may take 6-8 weeks to deliver. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause unexpected delays. 

Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In special circumstanced, tracking numbers may not be available. 

PREORDERS

Are preorder release dates accurate?

We are in constant contact with our vendors to ensure that each release date is as accurate as possible. However, the dates listed are only an estimate. As such, the date may change due to reasons beyond our control. If the pre-order date does change, we will update the product listing and will do our best to notify all customers affected by the change.

When will you charge my credit card for preorders?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. 

Can I cancel my preorder?

No, sales are final
